What are heatmaps?

Understand customer flows and customer behavior; where they walk, what are their most popular locations or products.

Heatmaps Example

Heatmaps are a visual representation of customer location data both indoors and outdoors. They provide an immediate visual summary of the most visited areas like streets, restaurants or large shopping malls. Areas with the highest number of visitors are represented by warm colors (red to yellow). Green color represents locations with fewer visitors. The spectrum of colors (red to green) represents the density of visitors on the map.

As a result you can proactively act upon it and adjust your strategy or physical layout of a shop to better fit into their habits. It gives you opportunity to establish stronger connection with your customers also by optimizing the messages you are delivering.
