Gain comprehensive knowledge of your customer’s interactions throughout the store
Bleesk enables you to predict your customers' behaviour with the power of big data analytics. Measure visits, new visitors, most frequent locations, time per visit and much more. You can optimize your sales by analyzing what people buy, how they move and see the impact of your marketing campaigns. Bleesk also gives you a chance to see detailed insights about characteristics of the people who visit (age, gender) and visualize their walking paths at the place of your proximity campaign.
Heatmaps
Heatmaps are a visual representation of customer location data both indoors and outdoors. They provide an immediate visual summary of the most visited areas like streets, restaurants or large shopping malls. Areas with the highest number of visitors are represented by warm colors (red to yellow). Green color represents locations with fewer visitors. The spectrum of colors (red to green) represents the density of visitors on the map.
Thanks to heatmaps you can better understand customer flows and customer behavior; where they walk, what are their most popular locations or products. As a result you can proactively act upon it and adjust your strategy or physical layout of a shop to better fit into their habits. It gives you opportunity to establish stronger connection with your customers also by optimizing the messages you are delivering.
